World Photography Organization in New York – Opening
We were lucky to be invited last night to the opening reception for WPO in New York at the Chelsea Art Museum.
Starting yesterday, a series of events, workshop and photo classes will be held at the museum and for a month until November 12.
The space is amazing and very well arranged to receive very different types of photography styles, in various formats and differing subjects. The juxtaposition and the arrangements are interesting to analyze.
From fine arts to war photography by Instagram, the exhibit gives a taste of everything you could look for in a photographer (maybe with the exception of wedding photography). The exhibit is also the opportunity to display the winners of the Sony World Photography Awards in each of the 10 categories.

I’ve been karting since 9, winning and so forth but my passion is with McLaren (I’m currently 17 btw)… I want to own the company one day and that is why I need money, I don’t care about money I care about McLaren… I know the obvious way to do this is through working up in the company but I’m going to commence an Engineering course at Cambridge next year so I wasn’t sure whether to follow my dreams of becoming an F1 driver for McLaren and hopefully earning enough to become CEO but risk earning (nothing?) in Formula BMW – which is why I asked the question… or just to proceed to do the degree and work my way up in the company…
I’d rather be an F1 driver for McLaren and then buy them out however the chances of getting there are obviously very slim.

v.j. Malia probably losses 1-2 million a year after sponsorship money,
top f1 drivers make 10-30 million a year
lesser drivers make 1-4 million a year

lower lever drivers gp2 fbmw f3000 don’t really get paid as you might think in fact most if not all need to pay for a ride with a team via sponsorship money from say red bull or vodafone, but as they are getting paid to have a logo on a car it doesn’t really fall in to your category,

I read in an article on the net that if I sent 1 US Dollar bill to 6 members of a money making scheme, placed in an envelope, thru snail mail I can earn thousands of Dollars. Already students are paying huge fees and struggle a lot and there are 80 per cent of Indian people who find it hard to spend money.
But, this mindless fellows sell the results to get their bullies fully with ILLEGAL money.
And you can find that if you call Intermediate board or SSC boards they will never answer the calls.
What’s their AIM ?
To suck the blood of poor Indians ?
These people already enjoying huge funds and corruption is everywhere, still they are tying hard to get money. They don’t think whether it is legal or ILLEGAL.

Government Examinations

of SSC students by
increasing the tariff for
interactive voice response
system (IVRS) calls
announcing their marks to
Rs 10 from the present rate
of Re 1.
It has asked the service
provider, BSNL, to increase
the tariff for the calls and
has also sought a share of
25 per cent of the revenue it
gets for providing roll number-
wise SSC marks to students
through IVRS. SSC
results are scheduled to be
announced in the last week
of this month.
The DGE has also proposed
a revenue sharing
model under which the
BSNL will get Rs 5 and the
remaining Rs 5 will be
shared by it and the private
computer firm hired for
supplying hardware and
software.
The DGE’s thirst for profit
has evoked resentment as
the SSC board is supposed
to provide information on
marks to students free since
it has already collected
examination fee from them.
Around 14 lakh students
appeared for SSC examinations
this year, and this
means the DGE can hope to
make a cool Rs 35 lakh. The
computer firm will earn
another Rs 35 lakh while
BSNL will get Rs 70 lakh
And truth is you cannot stop them – given the opportunity they will ask the people to pay for breathing in air and can do anything ILLEGAL.
There is no honesty, simplicity and they don’t follow any religion. They just follow money.

Does the movie slumdog millionaire makes bad impression of India among illiterate?
I have seen number of users say YES. I personally don’t think that you can judge the entire country just on one movie.
The thing is, this movie shows the 3rd class India. They have not shown our palaces, temples, monuments that were made with Jewels.
And India is not the only country that has poor people. There are people in U.S who live in trailer park who live off on Government money(foodstamps). It is just that BBC do not show this stuff in India neither does National Geographic or Discovery channel.
