Why not send your valued customers a free gift every once in a while? This doesn’t mean to send out a newsletter every once in a while, it’s more than that. Say you write articles as a profession, why not send your client a free article based on something you know they are interested in? If your work by selling affiliate products, see if the affiliate company can offer anything free from their back office and then have them send out the products to the people that are on your list. They will appreciate the free things and will be more likely to buy from you again in the future!
Giving good customer service is just good business sense. Ask your fellow internet marketers what kind of customer service they provide to their buyers. Those with good customer service will bring in more sales than those who don’t. The fact is that your customers are real people. Don’t think of them as money pots. Treating your customers with understanding will create return customers who are happy to continue hiring you.
